To rent or enquire about a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid UK or internationally recognised driving licence. Additional eligibility requirements may apply for PCO car hire and rent-to-buy services.

3. Vehicle Hire & Usage

  • Vehicles must be used in accordance with UK road traffic laws.
  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities.
  • Sub-leasing or allowing unauthorised drivers is strictly prohibited.
  • The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the hire period.

4. PCO Car Hire

PCO vehicles are provided for private hire use only. Drivers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid PCO licensing and meet the requirements of Uber, Bolt, or any other private hire platform.

5. Rent to Buy Agreements

Rent-to-buy agreements are subject to individual terms agreed at the time of contract. Ownership of the vehicle is transferred only after all agreed payments have been made in full.

6. Payments & Deposits

  • Rental charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Security deposits may be required and are refundable subject to vehicle condition.
  • Late payments may result in additional charges or termination of agreement.

7. Insurance & Liability

Vehicles are provided with insurance coverage as specified in the rental agreement. The renter may be liable for excess charges, fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the hire period.

8. Vehicle Condition & Returns

  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as provided, subject to fair wear and tear.
  • Any damage or mechanical issues must be reported immediately.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary depending on the service. Please contact us directly to discuss cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling.
